Melanie Sirisoma is the Business Operations Manager at FAR.AI, where she designs and builds the operational infrastructure that enables the organization to grow while maximizing quality, velocity, and impact. She brings extensive cross-sector experience driving organizational development in startups and nonprofits operating in frontier environments. Most recently, she led operational scaling and drove strategic growth as Chief of Staff at Symbium, an AI govtech startup.

Previously, she served as a member of the Senior Leadership Team at The Museum of Contemporary Art, where as Chief of Staff she led large-scale cross-functional initiatives across operations, strategy, and people & culture, driving significant transformation and growth.

She holds an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she was a Wolfen Fellow for entrepreneurship and Cockrum Fellow for social impact. Her thesis explored the application of AI to accelerate economic development and improve housing affordability.
