Lauren is a Talent Partner at FAR.AI, where she helps build the teams advancing AI safety research and deployment. She partners with leaders across research, engineering, and operations to attract exceptional talent and scale organizational impact.

Previously, she was a Senior Technical Recruiter at Lila Sciences, where she joined as one of the first in-house recruiters during the company’s early stages and helped lead hiring across AI/ML, robotics, engineering, and product. Prior to Lila, she served as an embedded search partner at Devise, leading executive and technical searches and shaping recruiting strategy for high-growth startups across AI, biotechnology, and deep technology.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of New Hampshire, with a concentration in Human Relations and a minor in Psychology.
