Hale Guyer is the Community Programs Manager at FAR.AI, where he designs and leads community programs, events, and partnerships across the AI safety ecosystem. His work focuses on connecting researchers, the broader technical community, and partner organizations, and on supporting FAR.Labs by bringing in resources, facilitating connections, and supporting members and visiting guests in ways that advance mission-driven research and advocacy.

Hale holds a double major in Computer Science and Technology Information Management from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Previously, he worked at the Center for AI Safety, where he supported organizational growth through operations, events, and external engagement, and helped build efficient, scalable operational systems to coordinate collaborations across research, fieldbuilding, and policy efforts.
