A few useful details
The Summit is an invitation-only gathering of senior researchers, technical leaders, and decision-makers from frontier AI labs, academia, and nonprofit research organizations. We are carefully curating a select group of participants who bring diverse perspectives and a clear stake in the major challenges facing the field.
Please email frontier-summit-inquiries@far.ai with a brief note on who you are and why you’d like to attend the Summit. We will review each inquiry carefully and follow up with individuals who we believe would contribute meaningfully to the Summit’s objectives.
The Summit will operate under the Chatham House Rule by default. Participants may disclose their own attendance and share ideas discussed at the Summit, but should not identify other attendees or attribute statements to specific individuals or organizations without their consent. This applies to both formal sessions and informal networking conversations. Full guidance will be shared with confirmed participants.
To support open and candid exchange, Summit sessions will not be audio or video recorded. The event is fully closed to press.
FAR will provide roundtrip bus transportation from San Francisco and Berkeley to the venue, as well as one night of hotel accommodation for October 19. Additional travel support may be available on a case-by-case basis.
