Roman was a Business Operations Associate at FAR.AI. He supported various functions across the team such as finance & accounting, procurement, legal & governance, and general operations management.
Previously, he was an Economist and Business Analyst in the UK’s Department for Business and Trade, where he provided economic modelling of international trade policy. He was also a Fellow with Charity Entrepreneurship’s Incubation Program where he received training in founding and scaling high-impact non-profits, as well as an independent researcher and writer on the economic and social impacts of AI. He holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Manchester.
